Working as an instructor is a fulfilling task where you can use your own specific professional and personal skills to contribute to the education of young people in Switzerland.

Professional and personal requirements

People with the following profile are especially suited to being instructors for Economy Weeks:
 
  • Management responsibilities / management function
  • Practical experience (in all areas of a company) 
  • Enjoyment of working with young people
  • Enjoyment of passing on knowledge
  • Broad horizons in knowledge and interests
  • Understanding of entrepreneurial connections as a whole
  • Willingness to commit to 1 Economy Week per year
 

Delegation by the employer

If you are interested in acting as an instructor, have your employer delegate you. In delegating you, your company declares that it is prepared to send you regularly to Economy Weeks in the future. Future instructors are trained, before they begin their first session, by the Foundation.

Training courses

Future instructors are trained for their work in a five-day training course (divided into two blocks). Training courses take place about 3-4 times a year.
